Fine Art Set Up Services:
Fine art set up services are provided for (6) images from artist
supplied 4" x
5" or
8" x 10" professional quality color transparencies or
original paintings. The artist and the publishing company will
work in partnership to achieving
accurate color reproduction. Additional paintings may be added
at $200 each.
Artist Sell Sheets:
Computer layout services for promotional sales sheet that will
be included within our Publishing Catalog. The artist will receive
(100) printouts of this flyer with the opportunity to purchase
additional copies at 90¢ each.
Website Programming Services:
The prepared images are included on the Represented Artist section
of the company website. The artist will also be added to the artist
biography section of the site. The website provides a 24/7 virtual
gallery of the artist's images. The artist will supply biography
text and a portrait photo of themselves.
Artist Business Cards:
Layout and printing services on (500) four-color, two-sided business
cards on 12 pt. gloss cover stock. This card will also help drive
customers to the company website to preview the artist gallery
page.
All from above plus:
National Press Kit:
Write and produce a national press release and distribute to
art publications, regional
magazines and newspapers. Includes public relations follow-up
calls to business editors, media representatives and reporters.
The artist will supply a general biography, notable shows and
award information.
Postcard Promotional Mailing:
Design and produce a 4" X 6" promotional postcard
with mailing services to (2,000) national gallery distributors.
Includes design and production services, 4/4 color printing services
on 12 pt. gloss coated cover stock, mailing services and postage.
All from above plus:
Featured Artist Brochure:
Design and layout a four-page 8.5" X 11" featured
artist brochure with testimonials and artist biography. Includes
prints prepared for our limited edition giclée collection.
Print production services on (2,500) 4/4 color printing services
on 100 lb. gloss cover stock with aqueous coating.
